What a weekend!
Us cows were quite flattered this past weekend because so many people came to visit us! We literally stopped traffic! And there was a line of cars waiting to see us all afternoon. Apparently there are other attractions in the area – such as #Pt.Lobos, #BigSur and #Carmel – so we hope all of you visitors were able to see those after coming to see us! One of the reasons for our increased popularity is likely our new BrownBarnCows.com sign – or perhaps the word is getting out that there are two cute cows who are out-standing in their field. In any event, thank you for visiting and don’t be a stranger!

I live in Big Sur and each time I drive to town I tell the brown cows hello.
They put a smile on our face for the day,
I do hope to visit them one day.
Where is Bella? We only see Taylor from Highway 1????????????
Iām a Point Lobos Docent and many are asking me for updates as to where she is š®š
Bella was a beloved pet and sister to Taylor (the redhead). Like many cows, her instinct was that the grass is always greener on the other side of the fence! It was frequently a surprise to find her right outside our bedroom window in the morning!
Unfortunately during one of her escapes under the fence, she dislocated her hip, which soon disabled her and she was not able to get up.
We appreciate all of the well-wishers – and will continue to give Taylor lots of love!
